For almost any program, you need to get a downline. How about click in a few banners or links per day, and accumulate credits? When you have enough credits, you can "buy" a referral for a program of your choice.
The first program I recommend is Simplerefs, see the banner above.

Downside: I used my first credits some time ago to "buy" a YUWIE referral, but so far nobody picked it up. I'm going to test a different program to see if it is easier than to get YUWIE referrals this way.

The test was successful, I already got a referral signing for 10bux.. Just decided to put the second requet for the same program, as i already had credits to support it. Let's see what happens, still nobody signing for YUWIE.
